Daring deity
From the sky
Hold me as I wind down
Come back to earth
Can't catch my breath
Dead before I hit the ground
My spirit is in need of resuscitation
Or maybe less castration
From your overbearing debt
I will not pay.
Loving mother
From a dream
Collect what you've sought
In the pages turning black
Make up for what you lack
A soul is not a bargaining chip
And for this you'll catch the whip
Coming down upon me I will not fight it
To dream one must sleep
Yet I can't seem to keep
My heart is gone.
Overbearing father
Come to reality
Overindulgent ego to a fault
No light in this vault
Consumed with the void
The book of life is crumbling
The names reduced to nothing
There is no respite coming
Salvation a distant past
Immerse yourself in space
Let the vacuum envelop you
Oblivion as a form of creation
A Desolate recreation.
